Dispatch time

We ship from the United States. 

We endeavour to dispatch your order by the next business day but during very busy periods such as Mother's Day and Christmas/the holiday season it may take up to two business days. The shipping times shown above are calculated from time of dispatch.

Rest of World

We deliver worldwide via USPS Priority Mail International.

Please note that you must include your phone number at checkout so you that can be contacted about your delivery if necessary.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. A signature is required to deliver your parcel and if you’re not home a calling card will be left and you will need to arrange for re-delivery.

Import duties, customs and sales taxes are NOT included in our shipping fee or order total, and you will be charged by customs in your country based on the value of your shipment. Upon arrival, a separate payment may be required to release your order. Hybernate is not responsible for this payment. As you are liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes, please take this into account when placing your order.

For more information on any customs and duties that may be incurred, please contact your local customs office. Fees and duties vary widely from country to country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your new Hybernate sleepwear. We understand however that sometimes your order might not be what you wanted so we will gladly exchange your item or provide a refund where the products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.

*Please note gift boxes are not eligible for refunds.

If you would like an exchange or refund, simply complete the Returns & Exchanges form enclosed with your order and return the items to us within 14 days of receiving them. Please send via trackable post or courier service to:

Once we receive your item/s, we will process your refund back to the original form of payment and notify you when this has been completed. It usually takes 2-5 business days for the bank to process your refund depending on your bank provider. Please note that any shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount.

For exchanges, we will not charge shipping for the new item/s to be sent to you.
