What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Hybernate gift cards. Additional payment options, including Shop Pay Installments for eligible customers, are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free shipping on US orders over $350. See our Shipping page for all rates.
How quickly will I receive my order?

Metro orders arrive within 2-4 business days from our New Jersey warehouse. 
How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do I need to pay duties and taxes?

For customers outside the US, duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
How do I return or exchange an item?

We offer exchanges and refunds on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached, returned within 30 days or your order.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes. You have 30 minutes after you've placed your order to make any changes via the link in your Order confirmation email. If you miss that window, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@hybernate.com.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

What is Hybernate sleepwear made from?

Hybernate sleepwear is made from Peruvian Pima cotton - a pure natural fiber prized for its extraordinary softness, breathability, and durability. You can read more on the Our Pima cotton page.
How do I care for my Hybernate sleepwear?

Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water with similar colours. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry. Keep out of direct sunlight. Do not dry clean. With the right care, your pieces will soften and improve with every wash.
How do I know what size to order?

How does Hybernate approach sustainability?

We think about sustainability at every step - from the Pima cotton we use (natural, biodegradable, hand-harvested) to our Pollastic compostable mailers. Our manufacturing partner holds WRAP and Fair Trade certification. The full story is on the Our Pima cotton page.
Does Hybernate ever go on sale?

Hybernate rarely goes on sale and does not participate in Black Friday. Very occasionally, we may offer a small selection of discontinued styles at reduced prices however our core collection and bestsellers are never included.
