For deliveries within Australia, we use Australia Post and Couriers Please via the Shippit delivery platform.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information either from our courier agent, Shippit, or from Australia Post which will give you a more accurate estimate of when your package will be delivered.
A signature on delivery is not required but please note that while the courier or Australia Post will do their best to deliver your parcel, if you're not home and the driver thinks it's unsafe to leave it (eg. you live on a busy street or the delivery driver could not access your property), they will deliver it to a nearby location for collection by you. In this case of Shippit, this is generally a nearby newsagency and for Australia Post, a local post office. Please note we are not responsible for missing packages once they have been successfully delivered at your delivery address.

Our courier deliveries are carbon neutral as we offset 100% of the carbon emissions. For each delivery, our couriers calculate how much carbon is generated from the moment a parcel is picked up to when it's delivered. We purchase carbon offsets to support projects that prevent and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by the same amount to achieve net-zero emissions overall.
We now ship our seasonal styles to the US and Canada from our new Charlotte, North Carolina warehouse. In rare instances where your items in your order are located only in our Australia warehouse, you may receive a split shipment from both the US and Australia.
US customers - For orders shipping from Australia, import duties and taxes are included - no additional fees at delivery
Canada customers - Import duties or taxes may apply on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.
Rest of World
We deliver worldwide.
All international deliveries are made by Australia Post International Express.
Please note that you must include your phone number at checkout so you that can be contacted about your delivery if necessary.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. A signature is required to deliver your parcel and if you’re not home a calling card will be left and you will need to arrange for re-delivery.
Import duties, customs and sales taxes are NOT included in our shipping fee or order total, and you will be charged by customs in your country based on the value of your shipment. As you are liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes, please take this into account when placing your order. Upon arrival, a separate payment may be required to release your order. Hybernate is not responsible for this payment. For more information on any customs and duties that may be incurred, please contact your local customs office. Fees and duties vary widely from country to country.
We want you to be completely happy with your new Hybernate sleepwear. We understand however that sometimes your order might not be what you wanted so we will gladly exchange your item or provide a refund where the products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
*Please note sale items and gift boxes are not eligible for refunds.

Once we receive your item/s, we will process your refund back to the original form of payment and notify you when this has been completed. It usually takes 2-5 business days for the bank to process your refund depending on your bank provider. Please note that any shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount.
For exchanges, we will not charge shipping for the new item/s to be sent to you.
